Window Into My Reality

I got to see the new Spiderman movie!!! Yay!!! A little long in spots, but I thought it worth it...of course, I'm biased!!! I laughed...I winced...I cried...all in all a good movie. Wonder if they'll make a fourth?? Hey, if they can do 10 Star Trek ones...why not?!?!?! I'd say more, but I don't want to put out any 'spoilers' ya know. I applied for the supervisor position at work...might find out next week which one of us three is going to get it. Me, Chris, and Jim all applied and our interviewer, the "big boss" Brian said it would be one of us three. I almost wish that they give it to Chris...I mean hey, she acts like she's in charge even when Jerry leaves me or Jim in charge...so why not just make it official. She's a pain to be in charge of, especially since she's there to "help" us...aka - train us. *gag* Just give her the job already, ya know?!?! Ok....off to find a bite to eat. :)

Well... that's over and done with! It was long, with the usual speeches and awards, and of course the graduating students. There was some high emotions afterwards, but sis and I kissed and made up [we literally pecked each other's cheeks!] I doubt her boyfriend and I will ever be on polite terms...I can understand my sister's attachment to him...cuz of my own experience...which only cements the dislike I had for this man before I ever met Steven...apparently my sister and I make similar poor choices concerning men that treat us like crap. I only asked Adam not to yell at me becuz mom pissed him off...after tell him to speak to mom more respectfully [who had left by this time]...but Sis flips out and yells at me. I can only imagine whether he bitched about how long it took us to find him, it takes a long time to navigate a crowd of that size, especially when you don't know where you're going [mom had to circumnavigate the building to find a bathroom], but someho...

I decided not to rewrite that old post. Why bother...lost the passion for it...lost track of time. BIG news.....my sister is graduating from Lackawanna College on Saturday!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! The first of us 10 kids to do so. She will have [now has?] an Associates Degree in Education. Very cool, especially since she had teachers and guidance counselors tell her she'd never be able to do college [dorks..I guess she showed you :P]. She is planning on pursuing her education further as she wants to be a teacher. I took her down for rehearsal today. This was my first time in Scranton...and this country girl couldn't wait to get outa there! It looked nice, but there was too much traffic and it was new and I just was glad to put it behind me. I don't like Clarks Summit either. Maybe it's just because it's unfamiliar territory. I am sooo very tired though. I'll be ready for bed tonight, that's for sure! Jerry was nice enough to give me tonight and tomorrow n...

I had a whole post written...but my mom's computer ate it. so pissed right now...I'll try to re-write it later. gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............

Jean-Luc is right...I just had my 2nd blogiversary!! My how time does fly! And I completely missed it! In other news---I'm an aunt again [and still]. My newest nephew was born yesterday....Gideon James...7lbs3oz and 20in. I'll have to see if Cliff won't let me post his pic. My nephew Charlie had a boy a little while back too..Braylon James...I forget his info right now..but he's another cutie. Selfish me wonders if I'll ever get to have one of my own. Sigh. I was going to post another segment of my trek story today...but I forgot to bring my folder with me...sorry Jean-Luc... I might post more later....I dunno...I'm tired...
