I promise...

I promise you that I have not died. Although the other night, when my feet went out from under me, and I fell flat on my butt...after my head finished bouncing off the ramp...I lay there looking up at the sky, almost wishing I could. To be fair...it's the second time in three weeks I've fallen. I finally got moved back on the 9th...it took me until the 18th to get a room clean enough to lay my bed down flat so that I could sleep in it again instead of the stupid loveseat that's at least two feet too short for me. I still haven't gotten anything else moved in. I live with such procrastinators!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! It doesn't help that Liston and I argue over finances. He likes to eat the food that I buy though, so you'd think he wouldn't want to piss off the hand that feeds him. Once our "argument" was so intense that I ended up with a black eye. Dork anyways. It was a combination of things...I was short on sleep worrying over finances {hello...

Why do you blog?

I have resurrected my old Amazing Grace blog, although it's name is now Practice Makes Perfect . It is where I am planning to keep my journalistic attempts. I'm not sure how it is going to go. For my first "article", I'd like to discuss why people blog. It really comes from my last interview with the editor where he expressed his displeasure over my lack of experience...I guess blogging doesn't count. While I am going to do some online research, I would also like to get your input, dear readers. If you would rather not be cited in my article, that's ok, just say so when you comment. But please, tell me: what kind of blog do you have {you know, personal journal, humourous, fictional, etc.}, and why do you do it? Also, for statistic sake, are you an adult? I am getting ready to publish the 'article' I've written - does anyone else have anything to add?

Life Happens

Does it not? Let's see. Christmas was fine...because I drank a bottle and a half of wine. Not all at once!! I spread it out through out the day. The best part was realizing I was drinking Jewish wine while frying pork bacon. But it didn't stop me from carrying on. New Years was ok...I had wine again, but there was also soda so I didn't drink quite as much as I did at Christmas. I also ran out to Dunkin Donuts for a dozen donuts, which lasted only until the next day...Mom and I polished them off without Liston's help...though he's been eating my bacon. Burgandy is coming back to work with us on Friday. Yay! I wonder if Jerry realizes that he's only inviting more drama. It can't be helped when you employ both genders. But Chris is a rather jealous type when it comes to working with other girls. Kirk is going to days for 6 weeks. :( If he likes it, he's going to ask if it can be longer. I guess he's never been on days the entire time he's been there...

No Gas

I walked into mom's shortly after 3a.m this morning and was hit with the smell of gas. Which upon investigation we discovered that she had run out of fuel. No heat, no stove. Liston was supposed to be paying the monthy gas bill as his rent, but well...wasn't. He found some temporary tanks to bide us over until we can come up with the $600 we need to make a dent in the past due bill. And I bought some electric heaters. So. It has been a rough day. Yelling, depression. But as I was out driving with other as we were running some errands...The moon was shining through the clouds so prettily...like, in a way I've never seen before...moonrays breaking through...wow. I said to Mom...God's speaking to us right now, saying that He loves us and even though we don't see the end of this situation, He does. The moon broke through on several occasions, brightly lighting our way. At one point I said to Mom, "Do you trust me?" She answered by repeating my ques...

Nothing New

I don't have anything new and exciting to post today. I got in trouble for losing my temper and yelling back at Christina...that she yelled at me first, three times, is immatieral as Jerry expects me to be the adult. How sad is that? Why do I always have to get stuck being the grown up in a situation? It is so not fair. Maybe I'll get to relax and be more carefree in heaven? Apparently, both Christina and I are saying the same thing...that we don't have a problem with the other, that the other has a problem with us. So, I'm thinking that somewhere a long the lines there has been a misunderstanding. Maybe. And of course, I'm the one that has to be the fricking adult about it. Since I'm better at writing, I've written her a letter detailing what has made me think she has a problem with me. Giving it to Jerry to read first; not that he really cares about anything I've written it it, but to show that I'm following his advice to be the adult. E...
