My Happy Face


There is something wrong in this world when they steal the magnetic smiley face off the back of your car.

Which someone has done.

But, I only rolled my eyes heavenward and said, "Whatever!" Must be the neighborhood kids were bored or something.

That's gotta be a new kind of low to steal that. Kind of like when you hear how a special needs child had their wheelchair stolen. Makes you wonder what's up with people today.

Whenever I hear news about silly crimes like this, I comfort myself in the knowledge that the world is home to far more good people than bad ones.

I try to remember that every day. Otherwise, I'd become despondent.

uhm....how big was it? About 6inches across...it came from the Dollar General so when I have another buck fifty to spare I can get another one. It was a happy smiley face...it even had sunglasses on it :(

When I started my business, I expressed a decision I had made to a friend, about getting a magnetic sign to place on my car, with the name of the business and my phone number. She said I'd be very sorry if I did, because it would get stolen. The name of my busines is "Tickle Your Fancy".

You could always go to Walmart and grab one of those smileys off of a uniform there, Ciera. A little masking tape and a smiley would be back on your car.

A Situation

Ok. I need to think out loud here for a bit while I wait on email. I have a situation going on that could become tough. A bit of background: About 2 years ago, a single man started coming to my church and showed an interest in me.
