I am soooo bored

I am so bored. Yes, I had to repeat the title. Just had to.

It's Friday, so I don't have to drive bus and I didn't have to work at the library today. And I sit here at the computer anyway...and no one is eamailing. No one at all. Not my bestest friend...I suppose her hubby might be home, or they went somewhere. Not the dorky P&W leader who made life a pain in the arse last night at prayer meeting. I mean, there's a five foot walkway behind me, but noooo he has to walk in front of me where there's a lot less room maknig me move my seat at least once. A little thing I know, but it's the second week in a row that he's sat near me at prayer and suspiscious woman that I am, I can't help but wonder if he's doing it on purpose. The mission team leader isn't emailing. Not the Winmiester. Not even ... Oh, no wait...I just got an email from my bestest friend...ooh...have to go look. Better than sitting around playing with the Yahoo Avatar [isn't her new outfit sweet?]

Love the outfit! Why don't they have an avatar that has a big ghetto butt like I do? Hmmmn, that's ok, virtual me looks like a nice hottie.

Don't be bored. I know what that means...it means DEPRESSED! *gag* and it is only January. We will have to meet for coffee one day!! Maybe at Borders or something. Of course...then we will be like all SHY and stuff.

Daydreamer: I'm glad too that they don't have the ghetto butt option for the avatars!!!! Shh, don't say that "D" word too loudly...I can't share that with my friends anymore...so I try to hide it when it happens [ok, you guys get to hear about it here and you're my friends so...] And did you say coffee!?!?!?! I love coffee! I'd love that, even though we'd be shy at first. We'd get over it!!!

Shock and Awe

It is a strange thing. How someone can say, "I'm sorry, please forgive me" and still manage to correct you all at once...it is truly amazing to me. I was shocked that this person actually admitted to being wrong, and at the same time, I was ashamed for wanting it. But it got me to thinking. My Brother's Question and Answer Segment

As you all know from yesterday's post and comments, my brother slammed me on a few of my survey answers. I've left his questions/comments in black and my answers in blue. Weekenders!!!

It's that time again. For Michele's weekend Meet-n-Greet. Some frown, but others gleefully play. Here's a question for all who visit here, whether on your own or from Michele's: Last night during a prayer meeting, I had a memory flash through my mind. More like the shadow of the memory. I was five years old or younger and I was begging my father for a peanut butter cake. I really wanted one, and even though I was interupting the adult conversation and probably being a regular brat...my Dad quit what he was doing to search for a recipe for a peanut butter cake...uhm, I don't think he ever found one so he made me a chocolate one with peanut butter frosting. This is probably the best memory I have of my father. So - what is your favorite childhood memory?????
